Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline We deliver across India within 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad typically receive orders within 4–5 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Cash on Delivery COD is available across most pin codes in India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order page on our website.

Delays Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days please contact us at support@clearviewindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 93454 22527.

Undelivered Orders If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts the order may be returned to us. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
