Return and Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@clearviewindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 93454 22527. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Opening Video Requirement An unboxing or opening video of the product is mandatory for all return and refund requests. Without a clear opening video showing the product condition at the time of delivery, we are unable to process any return or refund claim. We strongly recommend recording a video when you open your package.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Reach us at support@clearviewindia.com or WhatsApp +91 93454 22527.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items not in their original packaging or condition
  • Items without an opening video as proof of condition
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval by our team. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of our decision. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of ClearView India based on the condition of the returned item and the opening video proof provided.

If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer β€” please provide your UPI ID or bank details when requesting a refund.

30-Day Product Replacement Warranty If your product develops a manufacturing defect or stops functioning within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no cost. Replacement requests require photo or video proof of the defect. This is separate from the refund policy and covers functional issues only β€” not change of mind returns.
