30-Day Product Replacement Policy

We want every ClearView™ customer to have a great experience. If anything goes wrong with your product within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it — no hassle.

We cover:

✅ Product not turning on ✅ Camera not connecting to phone ✅ LED lights not working ✅ Any manufacturing defect or functional issue ✅ Wrong or missing item received

We do not cover:

❌ Physical damage caused by dropping or mishandling ❌ Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

To request a replacement:

2. Share your order ID and a short video or photo showing the issue
3. Our team verifies and dispatches your replacement within 2–3 business days

Note: Replacement requests after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. One replacement per order.
