Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of shipping.

To track your order:

Step 1 — Check your WhatsApp or email for a dispatch confirmation message from us containing your tracking number and courier partner name.

Step 2 — Click the tracking link in the message or visit the courier partner website directly and enter your tracking number.

Common Questions

My tracking number is not working — Tracking links go live within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If it still does not work after 48 hours please contact us on WhatsApp.

My order shows delivered but I have not received it — Please check with neighbours or your building security first. If still not found contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

My order is delayed — Occasional delays happen due to high demand or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days please reach out to us directly.
